Get started with a solar assessment for your building

Is your building eligible?

- Maximum of 8 storeys.*

- Less than 50 apartments, units or townhouses with a common property rooftop per owners' corporation.

- Median Capital Improvement Lot Value of $950,000 or under.

- Located in Victoria.

- Not on an embedded electricity network.

- A solar panel system has not been installed in the last 10 years (excl. existing common area systems)

- It is not a retirement village, commercial building or owned by a local council, property developer or community housing organisation.

Get a Solar Assessment

We'll then provide a complimentary shared solar assessment outlining how solar can work for your property.

Step 2

Apply for the Solar Victoria program

You now have most of the info you need to complete the application and access up to $2,800 in grants per apartment! 

We'll walk you through every step of the process. 

Step 3

Install solar & start saving!

Now you've been approved for the grant, you'll be able to get solar installed on your shared rooftop.
