Is your building eligible?

- Maximum of 8 storeys.

- Less than 50 strata-titled apartments, units or townhouses with a common property rooftop.

- Median Capital Improvement Lot Value of $950,000 or under.

- Located in Victoria.

- Not on an embedded electricity network.

- A solar panel system has not been installed in the last 10 years.

- It is not a retirement village, commercial building or owned by a local council, property developer or community housing organisation.

Apply for the Solar Victoria program

You now have most of the info you need to complete the application and access up to $2,800 in grants per apartment!
